Refund policy

We want every collector to be completely confident in their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. Call the gallery before returning the item.

Return conditions

• Return must be requested within 7 days of confirmed delivery
• Piece must be returned in original, unaltered condition — no damage, marks, or alterations
• Must be returned in original packaging with all included materials
• Certificate of Authenticity must be included
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Return shipment must be fully insured for the full purchase value
• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
• Refund issued within 5 business days of receipt and inspection
